The Citizenship Affected People’s Network (CAPN) held its three-day Strategic Planning Meeting from 25–27 May 2026, bringing together team members to reflect on the organization's progress, review key achievements and challenges, and identify strategic priorities for the years ahead. The meeting provided a dedicated space to assess CAPN’s work and strengthen its long-term vision for advancing gender-equal citizenship and inclusion.

Discussions focused on refining programmatic priorities, strengthening organizational systems, enhancing cross-team collaboration, and identifying opportunities to increase CAPN’s impact. Through collaborative planning sessions, the team developed a shared strategic roadmap that will guide future initiatives and reinforce CAPN’s commitment to supporting citizenship-affected individuals and advocating for lasting legal and social change in Nepal.
