The CAPN team participated in the Paralegal Learning Exchange held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, organized by Nationality for All (NFA) in partnership with NAMATI and the Council of Minorities (CoMs). The exchange focused on strengthening paralegal programs in Nepal and Malaysia, with the shared goal of advancing the right to nationality. Through this immersive learning experience, CAPN gained valuable insights into the CoM’s paralegal model, received tailored guidance for strengthening program implementation, and built meaningful cross-border connections with affected persons-led organizations across the Asia-Pacific region. This exchange marked an important step in enhancing CAPN’s legal empowerment work and deepening regional solidarity in the movement for equal nationality rights.
